How can I be sure that you have found the best possible value?

We are in these markets often so we have more data points of information than our clients.  We know what similar companies pay and what smaller and larger companies pay too.  Our purchasing knowledge and frequency gives you better prices.

How much time will my staff have to spend on this project?
Very little.  They need to help with providing background information like contracts and annual spending information which is available in most Accounting Systems.  They also need to tell us the quality and service expectations.  Roughly 4 hours per project is average.

How do you keep our current suppliers in the loop?
They are invited to participate on the RFP and encouraged to present any new ideas which perhaps have not been presented in the past.

How much time does it usually take to give us your final report and recommendations?
Roughly 4 hours of your time and 3 months of Profit Professionals time.

How do you negotiate lower prices?
We are knowledge aggregators and we come to the bargaining table with more market knowledge than our clients.  We know how to get to the best deals more quickly.

Do you work on internal business process solutions as well as supplies?
Yes, often vendors have technology which customers do not know about or are not taking advantage of to the fullest.  We help vendors make clients aware of their newest offerings where the automation is to the benefit of the client.

What are the average savings for your clients?
We average 20% on our completed projects.  When you look at how many revenue dollars have to be created to match the savings from some of our projects, it only makes sense to leave no stone unturned and to tap into our expertise.

How do you get paid?
We share profits which we create with our clients 50/50 for a 24 month period.  We are equal partners who are acting together to the same purpose.  We are fostering income growth and hope to help our clients in many areas and become trusted advisors.
